How Yachts4.me handles personal information submitted through the site.

Who handles the data

The site operator is Radomir Kuzmenko (Yachts4.me). For questions or requests concerning personal data, use the contact page.

Data we receive

The inquiry form may include your name, Telegram or WhatsApp contact, email, inquiry topic, preferred dates, guest count and message. Page and selected-yacht context is submitted with the inquiry. Do not submit payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information.

Purposes and legal bases

We use the data to answer your inquiry, prepare a shortlist and continue the requested communication. The processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a possible contract. Legitimate interests apply to spam and abuse prevention and to maintaining site security.

Formspree and data transfers

Formspree technically operates the form: submissions are sent directly to that service and delivered to the site operator. Formspree may process technical request data outside the EEA and states that it uses Standard Contractual Clauses. See the Formspree security information. Where needed to answer an inquiry about a specific yacht, relevant information may be shared with its owner or authorised broker to the extent necessary to handle the request.

Retention

Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to answer and handle the inquiry and to meet applicable legal obligations. When it is no longer required, the information is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and may object to its processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. Send requests through the contact page.

Cookies and security

The site currently uses no advertising or analytics cookies and does not accept payments. HTTPS, access controls and site security measures are used to protect information, although no internet transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
